Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, as defined below, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, subject to the exception of Article 59, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer enters materially in possession of the Product itself. Within this period the customer must inform J & V 1965 s.r.l. of his decision by sending an explicit declaration by email to [email protected]. Within the following 14 days, the goods must be returned substantially intact and in its packaging, with parcel post addressed to J & V 1965 s.r.l., via E.Bertini, 96 / B- 47122 Forlì (FC). J & V 1965 s.r.l.si commits to reimburse the cost of the ordered products that the customer does not wish to retain, within 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, upon return of the same or proof of the shipment. The direct shipping costs for returning the products to J & V 1965 s.r.l. they are charged to the customer. The methods of reimbursement depend on the payment method chosen in the order and on the amount of the reimbursement, and will be agreed with the applicant by e-mail.
